ok... this is pretty simple and it does work.

All you do... is POS past the door (using x,y,z) in the hall of gods and you get free access to sky and you dont have to do any zilart mission.

even if other people are around it's hard to tell the difference because people just 'walk through' the door even if they have sky access and examine it to go in the right way.
