Garrison Bst exploit (premium please) : FFXI Submissions

Square Enix forgot to cap off summoned pets levels in capped events. With a level 40 BST you can just summon a pet from a jug then enter a level 20 garrison and your pet will remain level 40 and own all the monsters in the garrison. You dont nececarily need to be level 40 but it makes it 100% with a level 40 pet killing level 20 monsters. This works for all garrisons. This is an easy way to make money if you have a BST at a high enough level. I dont know if this is on the site, but if it isnt please consider giving me premium status. Thank you

Hmmm, I will try this out tonight. I am positive that before you would lose your jug pet once the event started, maybe something changed

lol been trying for about 1 hour with no key item drop for garrison

ouch i hate that, i had a garrison set up for the South Gustaburg lvl 20 and was farming copper quads in palborough when i got 1 drop right off the bat when the person helping me over trumped my lot. he then proceded to "DC" never to return leaving me there with 10 people angry at me and 3 hours of un-sucessful farming. =(

No this does not work for level 20 Area. As soon as you start the event your Jug pet will vanish. I will have to try the 30 cap area on Sunday.

As of right now, I say no for the premium account I wasted like 3 hours trying to get that damn Red Cryptex :/

I agree with you since his post specificly states that it works in level 20 battles....

one yay 2 nays he needs 2 more yays for premium.

Well, if it works on any of them, I say yay. Maybe he was wrong about the level 20 ones (Maybe it works for some at level 20 but not others?), but he did give the idea to try other level caps, and thus it's still a contribution.

Unable to try this out today, hopefully in a few more days but what i have been told and what I have seen and what has happened to me... everytime you start a Garrison with a Jug pet the jug pet will vanish once the event is started.

i can confirm that this does not work at the lvl 20 garrison at west ronfaure
however have not tried it ont he others

k so far no one can confirm.
