mining with no maps : FFXI Submissions

If you are wanting to start mining but you are afraid because you dont have a map and dont want to get lost, then im here to tell you how to do it. My favorite places to mine are oldton movopolis and gusgen mines. I like then because you can find some pretty good stuff there. darksteel ore, gold ore, and moblin stuff.

Well the trick is, just walk around until you memorize a set path with good mining points then start going for it! If you memorize your path but you forget how to get out. lol. just bring an instant warp scroll with you.

This is how i started out, its hard but it works. and dont forget that you will have a lot better luck if you buy the mining gear.
