Remember: At 1st class change, you will get an automatic restat and a non-tradeable, non-bankable reskill scroll. You do not get a restat or a reskill at 2nd class change.
WARNING: In V9, you can delvl whilst doing the 2nd class change quest to lvl 59 (if delvling is implemented). Be careful not to die whilst doing the quest. Fortunately, the quest does not reset/get deleted if you delvl, so just grind back up to lvl 60 and continue the quest where you left off. If you cannot remember which stage you were at when you delvled, check your quest log.

Congratulations on reaching lvl 15! Now you can change class to a Mercenary, Assist, Magician or Acrobat.
*Firstly go to your drillmaster.

*Your drillmaster will then instruct you to kill certain monsters and come back within 7 minutes. Magicians and Acrobats will automatically teleport to Flaris but they will need a blinkwing to teleport back to Darken/SaintMorning.

Assist: 10 Small Mushpangs; 10 Small Burudengs

*Your drillmaster will now instruct you to collect certain quest items. If you have not already got them yet your best bet is to buy them.

Q: Do you receive a free restat/reskill at 2nd class change?
A: As stated before, no.
Q: I can't get to Segho for Billposter class change! I'm blocked by an invisible wall!
A: Don't go straight up the mountain. You have to go around it. Use the screenshot below as a rough guide:

Q: VenelGuardian is too hard for me!
A: Sometimes there will be a Ringmaster nearby VenelGuardian. Ask him/her nicely for some buffs. If you are a FullSupport, then you will need another FullSupport to help you. Alternatively, you can get a friend to fight Venel to very little HP, make him/her relog and you finish Venel off.
Q: I killed <insert> and didn't get the quest item!
A: Kill the monster again. If you still don't receive the quest item, make sure that the quest is active and that you are not in a party. If you are doing the first job change and getting TwinkleStones, Forforms, PeakyRinds, Chupims, Slain or Poporam sorry but they very rarely drop for lvl 15s. You're better off buying them.
Q I'm in the middle of doing a job change quest but I don't want to change to this job! Is there any way to cancel it?
A: If it is the 1st class change you want to cancel, sorry but you have to start a new character. If it is the 2nd class change, the GMs may delete/reset the quest for you. You must email them at Register to unlock hidden link (mailto:Register to unlock hidden link?subject=Request deletion/reset of 2nd Class Change Quest).
Q: I accidently deleted a quest item a NPC gave me and I'm stuck. I can't continue, can't delete the quest and the NPC won't give me another quest item!
