Double Arbiters : FPS / MMORPG / RTS Discussion

On the level The Covenant, where you helped Johnson deactivate his shield, you go outside and shoot down the Arbiters Phantom. He should then fall out and progress with you.

Then you keep going until you reach the end where you had to go when you deactivated the switches.

Kill everyone including the 2 scarabs. Go up the ramp to meet up with the Monitor, a phantom should appear with the Arbiter in it.

He will come out. Ther you go, you now have 2 Arbiters.
