Near the Achan North hardline, there is a lamp-post about halfway down to the south. If you start a mission when you are right next to this lamp-post, the mission will always take place in the same building, no matter what the mission is.

This means that you can easily gain a lot of XP and $information without doing a lot of travelling, plus it doesn't take very long because the building is 50 metres from the lamp-post.
