On the level The Covenant, go to the last part where you team up with the flood, then they trick you and sentinels come to help. Kill every flood.

You must play the level on anything but easy, the most challenging skull.

After you kill every flood, jump through the rings in this order, 4654534. 1 being the place where you came in, 7 being where the Prophet is.

If you do it correctly, the rings should glow. Go back to the hologram bridge, there should be a skull, pick it up and there you go.
