no invite time for mission invites : FPS / MMORPG / RTS Discussion

If you right click on someone and do "Recruit to Mission," it ignores whatever re-use timer is currently active for /invite, and sends the invite immediately. Handy for repeating Meet Niobe/Merv/Gray mishes over and over for info w/o enough people to invite around the timer.
