If anyone else did it gratz. A couple of days ago there was a rappelz dupe and you can still do it when the server starts lagging.

You can tell that the server is lagging when you log off and you get a rollback. Take these steps to dupe.

Just sit somewhere for 10-20 minutes so that when you log off you stay at the same place. This will also take 2 people.

1. Person number 1 sets up a shop for an amount ie 5 million.

2. Person number 2 buys the item and logs off very quickly.

3. Log back in very soon after your character reappears in the character select screen. You will log back in with your money and the person that stayed logged in will have the money also

4. Person number 1 trades all the money to p2 and rinse repeat.

Be sure when you are done duping to stay logged in for 20 minutes or you may get rolled back to before duping and lose all of your money.

This is easy money dupe and im sure there is a way to do items I just havent figured it out.


Free Items

Basically the same thing as before but you can do this solo. Just go up to a shop and buy the item and log off quickly. You keep the item and get a refund on your money.



Guide to smuggling your duped items.

You may want to do this dupe on a few alt accounts. Use a ip changer when making/logging into the account.

You can then go buy everything you want on your dupers, just drop something and then log into your real account with your real ip and pick them up. One thing I have been doing is duping and buying like 100k r6 chips and using those to grind.

This really is confirmed but you can only do it when the server lags.

is this confirmed? couldnt reproduce it. Also in a period of two or three weeks with heavy grinding, there was like one rollback, 5 mins to before server maintenance.
no offense,you are saying this is during heavy lag, during rollbacks. rollbacks dont just occur due to lag. the rollback you are talking about should actually roll everything back, as it is serverside. If you are talking clientside, there is no actual rollback, there is just a short timespan between you losing connection and being booted. otherwise it should work with any netlimiter.

well, hope someone can point this out more a bit more exact and confirm it.

No its a server rollback not client side, Tortus server is hit the hardest with it. I havent created a character on the other servers to try it. But GM-Lakedaemon posted something about it on the forums.

as for Lakedaemons post, this was concerning cash shop items, wich is a completely different matter. He has not made a statement to any kind of exploit / dupe of the kind you described. If I am mistaken, send link.

Uhh look at the sticky at the TOP of the General forums. Rofl what rock have you been under? The exploit is every where.

in the general forum, there is one post by lakedaemon regarding lost items, rollback etc, wich is the one concerning item shop stuff that was lost.
I have gone through a huge part of the forum (dating back to end of november) did not find anything.

and , as for the "rollbacks"...there was one (1) real rollback, wich reset the servers to a previous version.
so, your method of duping / free items is either not during a real rollback, good sir, or it has not / does not / will not work

again, feel free to link that post, would like to see me being wrong here

Btw this has been completely fixed now. But I cant spend enough money.
