All you got to do is got to the air port in los santos and take a truck/car and jump over the gate and run into the airport withought a licence... Look around for planes to fly... Also keep in mind, that if you havent unlocked the other islands and fly over them, a Jet comes and shoots you down lol... U get 4 stars for crossing flying/swimming there... So be carefull

Or you can google up a code for flying cars and holy !@#$%^&* they're faster than planes lol

Hell you can even use the cheat code to give you max stats (which includes flying stat) and they will open the gate for you.

if you cheat too much early in the game you wont be able to beat it. (just a warning)
