Cancelling Subscription? : General Discussion

Hello, I just need help cancelling my subscription to XU. I've stopped playing DAOC and no longer need to use XU. I looked around the site and didn't see anywhere to do so, so if someone could hepl out I'd appreciate it. Thanks.

Ummm I don't even use XU at all anymore, and just got charged for it...again....

I did what the Knowledge Base said to do, but Paypal says I have no subscriptions to cancel.

So how can I cancel and also request a refund?

EDIT: Okay I figured out how to cancel the subscription but how do I get the refund? Not seeing that anywhere.
