I am thinking of going premium but I need to know what Xunleashed and generally the info on EVE-Online is like on this site before I do.

Well did as you said, discovered that Xunleashed doesn't work with the current version of Eve Online... You could of saved me the trouble of signing up....

Could you please direct me on how to obtain my full refund and cancel this account?

i would have but i dont keep up on eve online really. an occasional glance here and there but didnt know. 4.0 of XU will have it fixed but that wont be for a while since we are still beta-ish

Actually xunleashed works with eve-online. He is wrong eve just released a new patch so xunleashed needs to have its service updated. However as for xunleashed working with eve it takes just a few days for it to be working again after they release large updates to the game client.

As well exhume works 100% with eve.

Xunleashed will start up Eve but it has no updated scripts/macros.
