are there any hacks to increase your skill point to the equal the time you have played ?
example- my char has 40 mil skill points but with the date i started it should be at 70 mil skill points ..

an is there anyway to take the points away from 1 skill an put them on another ?
example- take points away from caldari battleship an put them on gallente battleship ?

the game is EVE-ONLINE
