Forum Admin -- Where is my refund please???? : General Discussion

I have e-mailed XUnleashed twice, was told to go to PayPal and solve this through them, and they told me to contact the seller!!! I cancelled my subscription to XUnleashed almost 2 years ago, yet I am somehow being charged $20 again!!! Will someone PLEASE refund my money? I haven't played SWG in over a year and a half and haven't needed XUnleashed in almost 2. I just want my money back for a service I'm not using AND something I shouldn't have been billed for in the first place since I already cancelled. Please contact me to refund my money!!!

SAME THING HAPPENED TO ME JUST NOW!! I CANCELED A YEAR AGO AND IT GOT REACTIVATED TODAY! I would like this taken care of immediately.

*Update* I have filed for a fraud investigation through paypal. I suggest all others affected do the same.

Lol, I always love those remarks. When you signed up, you just forgot or were ignorant of the BIG BOLD yearly subscription information.

Either way, the quickest way for a refund is through paypal's Buyer Resolution. They handle everything automatically.

It has nothing to do with forgetting about a yearly subscription. I went through this last year, I cancelled my account last year through PayPal, I got cancellation notification and a refund, yet my account somehow was billed AGAIN this year. I'll check the link you suggested.

Yea when you cancel your account, it will send you to a second page and ask you to verify that you want to cancel that subscription. You probably just missed that step.

I didn't miss the step. I cancelled. It was confirmed by PayPal that I cancelled.

I've e-mailed you and PM'd you about a refund, can you please reply to that e-mail? I'm grateful for the replies here, but I need my $20 back and no one is helping me out when it comes to actually refunding me.

Admin only works on weekdays. If he did not reply, I can only guess that he took off for the holiday on monday. I'm sure he'll be back to emails on tues.
