Get me Access or SEND my money BACK! : General Discussion

I have sent seveal emails now for months to you all and NOTHING
has happened to get me access to this site WHICH I PAID FOR!

NOW you RECHARGE my ACCOUNT with RENEWAL and STILL no

ACCESS to download. ALSO, lot of the mail is returned because
you mail box it FULL. WTF is going on. DO we call the LAW and
Credit card company to fill for FAURD.

I guess this is my last step with you all. IF I DO not get access to the
site so I can download the stuff I WANTED to use a YEAR ago
I will be forced to report this and file a report with the police.

I asked nice the last 20!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! EMAILS to you .

well if you where so unhappy with the service why didnt you read around and look in the knowledge database. look at the responce at this link click here

so try looking around even after a year before !@#$%^&* about stuff. i dont use this service anymore and this is my first year of using XU but so many people just complain and never look up any information to see if it relates to them which just causes useless threads which wastes bandwith.

btw those links i posted up took me 4 min of searching without EVER before looking in there. i went in there just for this post for the first time, so if i could do it you sure as hell could have if you got off your lazy !@#$%^&*.

But with limited IQ comes limited reading capabilities, I feel sorry for your parents to have such a failure of a child.

Anyway, if you feel like doing something constructive send admin a PM (private message using the forum software) instead of behaving like an idiot.

I found out after 2 weeks that he doesnt respond to emails....So whats that make my IQ?

Admin doesn't respond to PMs anymore either, I'm still waiting for a resoponse to a PM for help getting Unleashed working in Mourning.

he does reply to them. takes weekends off.

I think im going to file charges cause this !@#$%^&* isnt doin his job right

He will respond. He just gets tons of PM from goobers like you demanding the world on a platter. Calm down and he will respond.

To everyone else who can't get the software to work properly. It's not his job to hold your hand and teach you how to read. If your having a problem w/ the software ask in the forums. Most everyone is willing to at least help those who are willing to try and help themselves. PM'ing ADMIN for help is not the proper avenue for that.
