Hero Online : General Discussion

Hi! I was wondering if someone could please tell me how to get attack skills in hero online. By the way im level 11. I can only do the basic attack and I couldn't figure out how to get skills. I am a Overseer Of Sky/Warrior. I would be really nice if you could help :)
