I can't keep my account logged in : General Discussion

I've been having an issue lately, these past 2 weeks. I can't keep my account logged in on the boards, regardless of whether I check the box for that at the log in screen. This wasn't a problem before, just withing the past couple of weeks. Is anyone else having this problem?

iv got the same problem, and now its gone sofar that it reset my password somehow so i have to request a change password from the forgotten passwrd

This sounds like a bug when hoping between the main index page and the phpbb2. Just a programming glitch, some people probably don't even notice it.

The problem is the code of this site is noticeably kind of "mangled".. The reason for this is it's hard to modify and build around a phpBB or another forum system and keep clean. And fixing it isn't really a hard thing -- it's just the fact that it's extremely time consuming and requires ALOT of patience because of the size of this site.

You mean keep logged in while browsing?

Or from closing the browswer and coming back later?

When coming back with a new browser. It'll stay logged in as long as I'm in the forums, but everytime I come back, I'll have to log in again. Didn't use to be like this b4.

i experience simlar problems, my stay logged in cookie isnt working when i navigate away

Try adjusting ur cookie settings and/or History settings

I have been having the same problems. I use IE anytime I close IE then open another browser I have to log in again. This started about 2 weeks ago also. I went thru and checked all my system settings, deleted all cookies etc and still no luck. All other sites I use that require a log in still work so not sure what it is.
