Basically they are saying that virtual currencies can be seen as the same as real world cash. This is going to be big in korea as it will stop people from farming gold in that country but the legalities wont be applies else where in the world. So all in all it doesnt matter much to you but for a few companies based on korea they are being forced to leave the country asap.
