LOTRO Link Broken : General Discussion

if I try to go to this link from the menu on the left:

This error is displayed:

template->_tpl_load(): File ./templates/subSilver/../../../phpbb2/TopicsCache/lotro-news.htm does not exist or is empty

those links have always been a bit wonky, using the forum index links usually work better

well I have tried about 3 or four different links in hopes of it working for me, I still get the same error.

Could you provided a direct link to there, please?
