scripting help : General Discussion

I am new to scripting and am wanting to know all about these bots with ExHume and how they work and how to use them.

I tried running one and in the comments it says run GetPixelColor. But I am clueless on how to do that.

Where can I go to learn.....we all have to start somewhere.
