trojan detected when running xunleashed.exe : Legacy General Discussion

I've been using EQcrafter for about 15 months and everything has worked great. On Tuesday (03-07/06) I loaded it and hit play and my antivirus software notified me it detected a Trojan virus in mchinjdrv.sys and that it was uncleanable and deleted. The game continued to launch but, naturally, EQ crafter would not work. Is this problem known and is it a result of the hack attempt that got people banned. Regardless, what is the fix?

occasionally a virus scanner will say XU is a virus and try to delete something but they do not have anything in it which is harmfull to your computer/account if you downloaded it directly from this site
