upgraded to Premuim problem : General Discussion

3 days ago I upgraded to premium over at mmoviper but My account over there is still showing basic member status and I cant download the application.

I have sent an email to a couple different addresses and pm'd the admin here with no response.

So as a last resort I am am posting here to try to get some assistance.

The admin's assistance would greatly be appreciated.
