What 06 Game System Shall You buy? : General Discussion

I was getting really exited about the Nintendo Revolution when i heard you could play all the old nintendo system games on it...but this I saw the controller design.....PS3 all the way!

Well im not usre yet, i like both, 360 is awesome and a multi-entertainment machine BUT its microsoft .. the ps3 is gonna be great as sony consoles always are, but its just a games console, and before you say yes i have a PC for multi-entertainment..but i prefered the xbox slightly over the ps2 for quality games...maybe ill just get both .. or niether

PS3's harddrive comes with linux preinstalled....now THAT is multi-entertainment. With linux there is no limit to the possibilities.

Well to be quite honest i havnt done much reading about the ps3, just a few things u notice here and there about it.. like u say Linux is a great multimedia platform and it beats the sh*t outa microshite !!!

Why buy a console-pc IF YOU HAVE A PC !!? lol

Lol, it's funny to look at that shade the LCD has on it -- I bet in a year that newer technology will be identical to the LCD's we have on shelves today.

I'm thinking about buying the PS3. I've heard many good things about it. The greatest thing ive heard that mite happen is adding a mouse and keyboard for FPS. W000T!!!

And for it I shall buy Elder scrolls 4 Oblivion. (At least I am 99% sure it is comming out for PS3 as well as 360)

Bought a damn 360 and its broken. Xbox said i would get a overnight box in 1 day. Took them 3 days for the overnight box. Sending it out today. Said it will take them 2-3 days to send it back. So im hoping to get it before xmas with this crappy support. 1 in 3 are broken is the rumor.

Alot is a stretch. Most of the time it's people's own fault if they crash it.

Xbox360 owns PS3 all over !

no one knows whats going to be in the ps3. It was suppose to come out spring 06. But rumor has it now its going to be winter 06 now. Which sucks cause than that means halo 3 is winter 06 to.
