did you send all the correct information? after his reply to your pm what did you send him back as a reply. people do get missed yes with how many pm's he gets per day. amazing how you did not check up on this and say anything before this post when it has been 3 months. most people who request a refund post about once every few days until the refund is given

Your message was that the program didnt work and you wanted a refund. I asked what game was this in relation to so maybe we could help you with. Then you didnt reply back after 3 months....

why did he ask? because thats how a company works. if you dont like a service they ask why so they can see where something needs to be fixed or what needs more focus. a question asked for that but you would get your money back. and i said you would go back to the site for the reason that you never checked your cc statements or your paypal account to see if you got the refund. its normal that someone does that
