I used this proggy for about 3 months, forgot about it.. Checked my account balance and found out I was charged $20 for it.
Sent Admin an Email, waited a week. Sent Admin a PM, waited a couple days, got a response, he told me to file an appeal with
www.paypal.com and once he was contacted about it through them, he would refund the money.
All in all, it took me around 2 weeks to get the money back, a week was wasted because of Emails I sent that pretty much never reach him.
Anyway, he seems to be pretty up front and willing to work with you on returning the money. Just takes time for all the 'e-paperwork' to go through.
