TA: it is a dns issue since the server went down it should be up in no later than a day or 2

Not really needing an ETA but just something to inform us that it is down and not a problem we maybe having.

The DNS for those had got messed up as well (same problem with the forums). But I didnt realize that they BOTH had changed and only updated the forums. They are both fixed now.
