Level 35 to 40 Bot spot : Guild Wars 2 Exploits

The bridge has been dragging on exp lately, was wondering if anyone knows of a bot spot from level 35 to 40 which is a bit quicker.

Just teleport to black citadel (asura gates), then cross plains of ashford to the right and you will be there.

This is a terrble spot to go at 30

Tried it and no dice.

Id rather hit hirathi hinterlands event loops to get to 45 fast than this place.
