Does anyone know where the drops or chests are for Dead bows? I've been wanting to get one, but they are very expensive to buy at auction. Any help or ideas would be awesome. Thanks.....

I'm not absolutely convinced on this one, but I think Dead Bows drop from the undead in Kryta. I'd suggest getting a good farming build for killing them, maybe a bowgrip for +15% against undead, and kill lots if you really want one.

You might also want to do the missions with undead in - there are some high level undead, and lots of undead as well. It will also be easy to get a group if you can't solo farm (in mission that is).

I'm pretty sure damage vs certain monsters goes up to 20%. And yes, undead drop deadbows. I haven't seen one drop a max gold one yet but i don't farm there normally, only on a mission.

edit - I forgot to add, when fighting undead, bring holy damage (smiting) spells, and if you can use a wand that does light damage. It does a lot more damage than normal.

55 Monks with 16 Smiting and Shield of Judgement can farm Undead pretty easily, however the Undead Rangers, while they do drop Gold Deadbows, they're hardly ever near max (~11-18 )

hey radeondj, just wondering but what does (~11-1 mean?

My bad, that was a typo

Meant to say ~11-18 as in their damage range (max for a bow is 15-28 )

Hey I have an update on your dead bow question, they drop in FoW, i completely forgot about the undead there, and I hear they are dropping in the chests in the RoF.
