enchamtments last longer...or do they : GW Discussion

Last night I was playing my 55 monk. He has a problem or GW has a problem on mods.

Blessed Aura--divine favor level 8
Spell. While you maintain this Enchantment, Monk Enchantments you cast last 23% longer than normal.
Ok mine says 18% in game if I am not mistaken
and I have an axe that has 20% longer enchantments

Protective Spirit says 18 seconds
BUT with both of these things mine last 18 seconds timed with a watch.

WTH is going on
is the spirit spell screwed...is blessed not doing anything?
does the game ignore the 20% from the axe ?


can someone explain this or know what is wrong and how to fix it?
