Guild leader tips : GW Discussion

yeah my wow guild leader cleaned our guild kicked all the people that haden't been on in more than a month.

For recruiting i usually make a guild recruitment sentence thing: [WMO] GUILD LOOKING FOR ACTIVE MEMBERS|Guild Hall|Cape|Luxon|Alliance|. Like that. Then i put that up every once in a while and i look around for people without a guild next to their name. When i find someone i whisper them if they want to join. also a good place to start would be ascalon or whatever the starter city is for your game. These people being new will not have a guild and you can help them with missions, the more you help them the more likely they will stay. Good luck with recruting

You gotta do runs of anything because the funniest thing of a guild is to play toghetter. Once you're playing with your guildies, some people are gonna want to join you because they'll see that the people into this guild are having fun.

I think that the most important thing to recruit for your guild is really to do some runs. Set an hour

Exemple: Everyday at 3:00 P.M. it's the HoH/GvG time everyone will get Fame and everyone will have fun
