I beg to differ, looking at your monitor all day is like staring into a light bulb. I prefer dark themes over light themes simply for the fact it is better for my eyes.

Black and white go with anything, also I like this color scheme, not because it's dark, but because almost every forum I go to has white & blue, and I get tired of seeing those colors.
