If you don't have "Victory is mine" elite skill, go to port sledge and grab a couple henchies and a sig of capture, Go clear out Witman's Folley in small groups and the warrior boss will have the skill. Now grab a combination of hard hitting skills that ad dmg to attac and at least two weakeners ex. gash, sever atery, hamstring...etc. 3 weakeners, 3 hard hitters, "victory is mine" and whatever you feel you'll need. Now when you go to fight, hit with two of your hard hitters to get some dmg and adrenaline going, use your weakeners to tac on at least two suffering conditions to doppler, MAKE SURE YOU ALWAYS HAVE AT LEAST 5 ENERGY, then use victory is mine right when you add on at least two conditions to restore your health and energy and finnish off the now pitiful doppler with some hard hitters. Volia 10 sec. doppler defeat.

70160q is correct...and there are many other ways that don't require you to get run to droknar's forge first to get a special skill
