Counter To All-Smite Teams : GW Submissions

A very easy counter, get a team of IW mesmers all with some enchant removers and backfire-like spells [even power spike would do nicely] and you should probably cut right threw them. also if that doesnt work, theres always the spam water elems that use aoe attacks like ice spikes, deep freeze, maelstrom, rust and other things like that. also consider dessecrate enchantments [have everyone use it at the same time if they are zealot smiters] and maybe mantra of flame if they are indeed zealots. for regular smiters, you could probably just outpower them with knockdown/disrupting chop/savage slash warriors. or my favorite, use a team of invincimonks But I think that the mesmers or the warrior way.

edit: Could anyone help me out with this? trying to get premium.

EDIT TO SPUDCHUCKER: That does not work all the time they can just kill the spirit, which is pretty easy to do. This gives multiple ways to counter as well. And no smite teams could beat this. That is one skill that works as a counter, this is MANY skills and ways it can work.

Seems legit, I'll test it out asap. If anyone can confirm it post. Sorry if it takes a few days I don't really have the ability to be on the computer for any extended period of time.

i havnt tested it, but the logic of it seems very reasonable, i dont think i need to test it to say, it passes on my count, but i wont confirm it without some1 actually testing it. i just dont have a chance right now. (or a mesmer)

Natur'es Renewal:
Create a level 1-8 Spirit. When Nature's Renewal is cast, all enchantments and hexes on creatures within its range are removed. For 30-126 seconds, enchantments and hexes take twice as long to cast. This Spirit dies after 30-126 seconds.



I don't see why this post is so special, anybody that can read skill descriptions can figure out how to counter a build <.<

I know IW does straight out damage, but I'm not sure if it is effected by protective spirit/protective bond.

I'm tired though, it's 3 am, so I'm going to go to bed and maybe test this in the morning.

Okay finally got around to testing it. Sorry for the long wait, it works just as he says. *thumbs up* Admin, is it up to snuff to get premium? It is short but it is a good trick to bringing down smite teams.

imo not realy worth premium, its not even a build really, just suggests a few skills. All you need is a person who carries Natures to counter smites. easy.

Natures nerfs smite period. Instead, someone come up with some ideas to counter all these ghey spirit spam builds in tombs these days.
