says the source in the image but possibly without him knowing it entirely. falls under the rules by citing a source so can a premium member vote yay or nay on this submission?

Yay - I doesn't appear to me that he was trying to claim this as his own. It is very good info.

i never said he did not cite it nor did i say that he didnt cite a source (as he says). i was just pointing out before someone says something like that (some people dont look) that you DID cite a source
