Thanks for the post but have you actually read it? What a lot of rubbish. Big rip off guide.

It's basically the manual rewritten.

There are a few extra tables in there but 'secrets of the pros'? I don't think so. There is not one secret in it.

I know you're not after premium, but as a submission...
