GW Character builder... : GW Submissions

This program allows you to create up to 4 characters of your choice. You can choose Fame and Rank and add all the skills you like (max 16). You will be able to choose attribute points as you like them and equip him/her with any weapon/armor/rune you want. It also has an advanced search system for skills and a detailed map of all the areas of GW.
When you are done, youcan save your character and upload it.
