1. Vampiric Touch
2. Vampiric Bite
3. Touch of Agony
4. Lightning Reflexes
5. Whirling Defense
6. Escape
7. Storm Chaser
8. Troll Unguent

Attribute points:
Blood Magic - 12
Expertise - 10 modified to 13
Wilderness Survival 8 modified to 12

Boss using 2 stupid skills that make kill himselph. Those skill are:
Defile Flesh - Hex Spell
Sacrifice 20% max Health. For 8-18 seconds, target foe receives only two-thirds benefit from healing.

and

Lingering Curse {Elite} - Hex Spell
Sacrifice 10% max Health. Target foe loses all "Enchantments". For 8-18 seconds, target foe gains only half health from healing spells.

All you have to do is let him hit you till you reach the health 1-80 then he do 2 hex spells on you sacrifice health this way, you turn on the defence skill wait untill the hexes are gone if you low on hp use steal life skills 1 and 2. Thats all the reward for farming the boss is staff:

The Stonereaper
Energy +10
Dark dmg: 11-22 (req 9 curses)
Halves casting time of curses spells (chance: 20%)
Halves skill of curses spells (chance: 20%)
Curses +1 (20% chance while using skills)
energy +5
