If you want to have 7 henchmen in tombs, this is all you have to do:

1. Start a group with 4 henchmen, and get 3 real people.
2. Beat the unworthy
3. Before the timer starts, make them leave.
4. When you get to the next arena, you will have 7 henchmen.

Well known, but it works.
