Never Ending Skills : GW Submissions

The last patch introduced a new bug to many skills that made them not end early if they were supposed to. Thunderclap and Spinal Shivers do not end when you run out of energy, Battle Rage does not end if you use a non-attack skill, Illusion of Weakness does not give you back health when you reach 25%, etc. Abuse them while you can, you can make some really fun builds with these bugged skills.

Why do I get the feeling this is all copied from somewhere. the last patch had nothing to do with skills changes. But one did a few months back.
