New Exploit : GW Submissions

I found an exploit in the ranger elite "Weariness." The skill says it takes away 1 energy every time someone attacks, but instead it takes away 10! It's a pretty good exploit for energy denial.

Has been fixed (don't forget this was a beta weekend so |Anet can fix things like these. Any mistakes will be rectified.
