Rune Trick : GW Submissions

When you get armour salvage, you can salvage it before you identify it.
Then you will get an unidentified rune.

Now, this identified rune will take appearance according to if it is a major/minor/superior rune, and also provide correct image according to class.

The nice part is that you do not unlock a rune untill you identify it. And since you now know its level, and class. It is much more useful for trading etc.

Not a MAD exploit, but it is still nice for trading etc.

This is common knowledge, not an exploit. If you didn't know about this, that's your fault.

Honestly its so hard to sell runes nowadays, I just ID the armor I get it on, then sell it to the vender. If I salvage it, it actually decreases the value. I had a vender who would give me 83 for decayed orr armor of minor marksmanship, once I salvaged the rune he would give me 25.

salvage it into crafting materials... thats what I do.

the rune economy in guild wars is basically worthless with the exception of a couple of runes. guild wars majorly screwed up on runes.
