Runnin Low on Money For Armor? : GW Submissions

I don't know what to call this, but I'm gonna say exploit. When I got to Droknar's Forge with my R/Me and saw how much mone that Armor tok out of me I got pissed so, I switched to my W/E to let off steam. i was on a mission, and ran out of regual salvage kits. I couldn't go back cuz I was too far in to do that. So I had to use my Expert Salvage Kit until the end. For every 2 or 3 Charr armor I salvage I got some Rare Material. In 30 min I got 3 silk, 2 Linen,2 Leather Squares and 1 Parchement. All I did was wait until the prices were up and sold them. I got nearly 4k.

That is what I'm saving for Grotto Armor, but I'm saying the Droknar Aromor set me back about 13k+

Heres what you can get for using Expert Salvage man...

Swords=70% Of Steel Ingot
Sheilds50%Chance of Steel Ingot
Any Swort of Remains, Ghostly, demonic, etc.=5% CHance of ectoplasm
Scrolls=60%Of Parchment
Hides=80%Chance of Fur Squares
Armor=Depending on type=Silk, Iron ingots, Wood, Bone, or Plant Fibers
Higly Salvageable Items=(If you check total, after you salvage the materials)Blue+10-20gp Purple=+20+30gp Gold=35-50gp

Yeah I agree.

lol, all mathematical eqautions and percentages are not exact, and only serve to make a general estimate of what you will recieve from expert salvage.

In the higher level zones especially, I use the expert salvage kit. I didn't really see much point in it, when I was first starting out - maybe it's just me. But once I got as far as Lion's arch or so, yeah it was well worth the 400 gold.

P.S. - I too, love your sig, Anthrax. It's mesmerizing.
