Go with a full party of henchies, slaughter the npc's around that boss, send the Henchies out of the radar before killing the boss. Kill the boss and you have an increased chance on a green.

Wow....no one knew that, im going to try to....its not solo if you use henchies!

Actually that's the point of it. You use henchies/heroes to clear a path to the boss, perhaps even take out the boss's guards then send them way out of range and the game seems to give you the drops as if you were solo.

However this is well known and not really an in depth guide worth premium.

well it is solo in a sort, but the true meaning of solo is enter the explorable area without anyone in your team.

/Nay for the same reasons...

and it only works if you make sure to keep the henchies/heroes from attacking the boss...if they get even 1 hit in your chance of getting the good drop decreases.
