Usefull for buildscreators : GW Submissions

Aint sure if this is going to do it but a friend of mine programmed a very nice tool to create builds that can be read easily it calculates the strength of the spelss as you fill in the attributes. I put some builds on my forum on http://www.guildwarsfreaks.be so you can see how usefull they are. They are easily implemented in phpbb forums.
