GW2 Skill Bar

From: http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Skill_bar
The skill bar is a customized assortment of ten skills that characters use in combat. A skill bar's anatomy can be observed in many different ways, but for simplicity there are two main sections: the first five being weapon skills, and the last five skills known as slot skills.

In PvE, some skills and skill slots will be initially locked from use, but become available through progress, weapon skills unlocking as the character becomes more proficient with each weapon and slot skills unlocking at certain level thresholds. While out of combat, players are able to change their skills freely.

The number under each skill shows to which key the skill is mapped to by default. When the number is red, the current target is out of range for this particular skill; when it's white, the target is in range. Crosshair over the number indicate that the skill must be aimed manually.

The GW2 skill bar adds 2 slots to the familiar 8 that the original GW had, the first 5 slots are weapon related, including underwater combat weapon sets (Kedge Keep, Sirens Grotto:) ??) The second 5 include each professions heal plus the 3 utility skills that you get at level 5, 10, 20 and the elite at level 30.
