I did 2 man runs pretty much.
Mostly i was the 55 monk and i once got 4 ectos in 1 run and he got 3, so i had to 50/50 my fourth.
Still made a nice 24k.

The Dryders in Tombs of the Primeval kings drops ectos too, not that often though.
