Good way to lvl : GW Guide Discussion

Just keep following the quests. It's really hard not to be lvl 20 when you reach Augury Rock unless you rush past everything.

Not too true, I have my Monk past Augury Rock as a level 8, but that's just because I had guildies run me... For leveling up, you want to ascend if possible or desert farm if you're high enough.

If you are a W/Mo you can just take the original farm guides and change the attributes to your needs, seeing you don't have full 200 points. It's easy, fast and it gives some loot aswell.
