first unequip all skills and get best ar/weapon you can
next grab vampire touch and disrupting chop.

Okay first do vampire touch straight away this will get you in the lead.
Next keep chopping into your mirror until it goes to cast vampire touch and then disrupt the attack. Then try vampire touch and hope your mirror doesn't disrupt you.

Continue the process and you will easily win hopefully under 50 seconds.

Also watch out after you die sometimes you drop an item you can grab if you are quick.
