Greetings and Salutation from MGame USA Teams!

We apology to all players in Mgame USA for the connection problems from March, 30th~April, 2nd… There were problems in IDC (Internet Data Center) and now this Issue is resolved. We will put our best foot forward for our games.

It's now 15:30 in the UK and I still cannot log onto their game servers or their web site.
Can anyone tell me if there is still a server problem at their end.
Getting any answers is made harder because I cannot access their website.
Any new / updated info will be appreciated.

Hero online is working again...
It's now 18:56 in the UK...I guess they had a bigger problem than they expected.
Still appears to have a lag issue, but working on it !!
