Maintenance Septemeber 28th: Fixes : Hero Online News

The following issues have been addressed during the Server Maintenance September 28th:

-Poison can no longer kill a player. At its worst, it will reduce the HP of a character to 1 hit point

-The Book of Invitation and the Book of Summon cannot be used during the faction wars

-The issue with the Surgeon skill: Touch of Greater Cleansing should be resolved. The skill does not remove status effects 100%, but has a chance of removing them (as was intended).
